32x's Terms & Conditions — A transparent guide for our members

32x (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the 32x.click website and all related services. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

32x reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. That said, we make every effort to keep the Bengali version as accurate as possible for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members.

Registration Eligibility

To open an account with 32x, the following conditions must be met. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• No existing 32x account may be registered under the same person's name.
• If your account was previously closed for any reason, re-registration will not be permitted.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where betting is prohibited by law.

Account Verification (KYC)

32x may request identity verification before your first withdrawal or after a certain deposit threshold is reached. This process may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is completed.

Deposit

32x accepts multiple payment methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit is ৳100. There are no processing fees on deposits.

Deposits must be made from the member's own payment account. Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and may be returned.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP level. For standard members, the maximum is ৳30,000 per day.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• VIP members enjoy significantly faster withdrawals — Diamond Elite members receive payouts in as little as 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

All members must adhere to the general betting rules when placing bets on 32x. These rules apply equally to every member — no exceptions.

General Betting Rules

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by market and VIP level.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a "Cash Out" option is available during in-play betting, it may be used.
• 32x reserves the right to review and void any bets placed during a technical issue.

Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 32x. If detected, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited:

• Betting arbitrage or match-fixing activities.
• Bonus Abuse — exploiting bonuses in violation of their terms.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Betting via VPN or proxy from restricted regions.

32x offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a specified amount of wagering before withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ৳10,000. Wagering contributions may differ between Sports and casino games.

• Bonuses are generally valid for a period of 7 to 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted until all applicable conditions have been met.
• 32x reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse is suspected.

VIP Cashback

VIP-level cashback may be wagering-free at certain tiers. Diamond Plus and Diamond Elite cashback generally carries no wagering requirements.

32x places the highest importance on the privacy of members' personal data. Information collected at registration is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Member information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Payment information is stored on a separate, secure server.
• Information may be shared in response to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

32x reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the reasons listed below. Advance notice may not always be provided in such cases.

• Registering with false information.
• Evidence of managing multiple accounts has been found.
• If there is a suspicion of betting fraud or manipulation.
• Bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• If age verification cannot be confirmed.
• Accessing from a restricted region.

Members may also contact support at any time to request account closure. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Should a dispute arise between a member and 32x, the process outlined below will be followed. We believe that most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

• Step 1: Contact support directly with your complaint — you can typically expect a response within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If support is unable to resolve your issue, it will be escalated to a senior team — within 72 hours at most.
• Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved, it will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, 32x's server logs shall be considered final. 32x reserves the right to correct any results displayed in error due to a technical fault.

32x reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or an on-platform notification.

Continued use of 32x after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may request to close your account.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the platform is licensed. The jurisdiction of the relevant courts shall apply to any legal disputes.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by 32x to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
